에서 각각 꼭 물어봐야 할것들이 뭐가 있을까요?

I usually ask a variety of things such as:
What does a typical day look like for teachers? (Such as daily routine, class schedule, prep time and so on)
Is the curriculum provided, and do I need to make any teaching materials myself? How much freedom do the teachers have in teaching the material (as in, can they add in games or other activities to supplement the provided materials/lesson plans)?
Established academies, you can ask about the staff - how often do teachers renew their contracts? (This will give a good indication usually, about how happy or comfortable the teachers are there). You can also ask what they do to support the growth of their teachers.
New academies, you could ask about their plans for the growth and future of the academy. Something like "What do you envision for the future growth of the academy?" can tell you a lot about the priorities and strengths of the place.2023-03-30 작성 -
