포지션 및 자격요건

E-Mobility Business

Development
 

*Position summary: 
Working as E-Mobility business development in Performance Materials (EP) mainly focus on develop new account and application for e-mobility area with strategic business planning.

 

*Main Tasks: 
-Identify new business opportunities at Engineering Plastics e-Mobility segmentation and secure & follow up those projects till start of commercialization. 
-Lead new application, technology, and process development to capture business opportunities from electrification. 
-Develop in-depth understanding of industry trends, customer needs and contribute to solution design with clear value proposition in e-mobility segment. 
-Provide technical know-how and expertise to support new product development. 
-Develop and establish Market Development plans/concepts in the area of Application Development Engineering and explore new business opportunities in Korea. 
-Take action to facilitate with Sales team, Regional Marketing and R&D to offer optimized solutions for new material proposal. 
-Conduct and develop the business according to the regional strategy and objectives in line with regional and local Code-of-Conduct principles. 
-Accountable for achieving the e-mobility KPIs, particularly developing and managing the opportunity pipeline.  
-Development and implementation of Best Business Practices



*Education/Qualifications required: 
-Masters or Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, such as Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering. 
-5 years of working experience preferably in Engineering Plastics or Battery industry or in the automotive industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful segment strategies and plans throughout an organization. In-depth knowledge of competitive dynamics and how to integrate segment marketing into the overall business strategy. 
-In-depth knowledge of battery and e-mobility related technologies and technical know-how in automotive applications. Experience in R&D for battery or power electronics parts would be highly desirable. Able to conduct market studies and analyses market data. Hands-on experience with plastic/polymer processing and Personal relationship to the e-mobility or battery industry would be highly advantageous.
