1. Develop an education strategy to deliver the brand equity to internal and external customers.
2. Provide a high-quality, creative, blended learning syllabus for field and retail store
3. Deploy a wide variety of training methods including classroom, in-situ, digital & experiential training and ensure that locally market-specific commercial and cultural needs are met.

4. Support cross-functional collaborations and, as a subject matter expert, provide category consultation and recommendations promoting customer centricity at every touch point.

5. Attend regular site visits and training observations to review delivery and support education team facilitation.
6. Cascade global training standardisation guidelines, assessments, and certifications to carter to all the local company`s  retail staff.
7. Lead, coach and inspire a team tilbury at retail and travel retail channel for Education and Artistry & Development.

ㆍ경력 : 경력5년↑
