ㆍWork with stakeholders to define business systems requirements for enhancements, new technology implementations and lead cross functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects, or providing status updates on various projects. Also set user expectations in terms of delivery dates & scope.
ㆍAnalyze business scenarios and design solutions by collaborating with other IT team members in Japan, Taiwan, India, Europe, US, local service provides to design and implement solutions that meet the emerging needs of South Korea (Primary), Japan, Taiwan, India business. ㆍFacilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholders. ㆍOrganize and Deliver IT Business Application Support for existing issues and newly delivered enhancements/projects in Salesforce, SAP SD/MM/PP/QM /FICO and related supply chain applications like X-Trade etc. ㆍWrite Blueprint documents, functional specification documents, Test scripts and other documents required for development and other efforts. Train users on new modified system configuration as it affects business processes. ㆍAssist the local service provides, offshore develop team for the system unit tests, system integration tests; assist the users for the user acceptance tests (UAT) if necessary.
자격요건
ㆍ7 + Years of Experience supporting SAP SD/MM/PP/QM/FICO
ㆍKnowledge and general understanding of Customer service support operations, Order to cash, Finance & Controlling, Manufacturing, Product safety & Regulatory Affairs business process.
ㆍGeneral understanding in document control for medical device company and able to communicate with local government bodies like MFDS, KMDIA & local IT service providers.
ㆍExperience in Fit& Gap analysis, Blueprinting, writing Functional Specification, Test scenarios & Test cases. ㆍFamiliarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes ㆍFamiliarity with SAP ABAP
