An international industrial equipment manufacturer is searching for an HR Director. The successful candidate will partner strategically with senior leaders in Korea and APAC region, serving as an advisor in HR matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR and people-focused strategies that align with objectives
  • Own talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, etc.
  • Establish and enforce performance standards for streamlined transactional processes
  • Assess and monitor HR metrics, devising initiatives for enhanced performance
  • Initiate and drive HR process improvements through the introduction of new initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards and controls
  • Lead HR initiatives for Korea, providing coaching and guidance to project members
  • Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a healthy organisational culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in a global MNC environment, working at both a strategic and executional level
  • Understand strategic organisational issues
  • Ability to drive HR processes and deliver high quality HR services
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
