About the Role In this role, the individual will be responsible for Driving Silicon domain growth for Korea center and managing Operations, liaising with Global HR, Admin, Finance and Talent teams. They will also head the overall Delivery execution for this vertical. As part of creating competencies, they will support the identification and setup of Silicon COE as well as support Pre-sales for the region ? primarily Korea and Japan. Your Team
The individual will report to Vice President & BU (Business Unit) Head and will be responsible for 2 Direct Reports to begin with and 150+ Delivery team members under their supervision.
What You Will Do Driving Growth for Korea Center - Lead the solutioning, pre-sale activities and work closely with Sales Head in Korea to grow Samsung business and open non-Samsung accounts in Korea in the Silicon domain Heading Delivery Execution - Overall lead the delivery execution in Silicon Korea by closely working with Delivery leads for Verification, PIPD and RTL Design Building Silicon CoE ? Drive initiative in Korea to build competencies around Silicon and develop partners ecosystem. East Asia Pre-Sale - Play the role of SME for the pre-sales support by closely working with Korea and Japan sales team to grow business in East Asia.
What You Need Core skills in Silicon domain with a right mindset of software service business, proven credentials in Software Delivery, Solutioning, Customer management/Handling Proficiency with Korean and English languages Experience in running large scale Delivery. Past experience with Samsung Silicon ecosystem. Growth oriented mindset as well as eco-system awareness International exposure and work experience with diversified culture and languages
What is Nice to Have Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) with Silicon specialization Seasoned candidate with a strong 15+ years Silicon domain experience Experience working with multi-location and multi-cultural teams
