Description of Job Duties 담당업무
- Develop and implement a sales plan to meet sales targets. - Acquire new accounts and develop the existing customer portfolio. - Conduct customer visits, calls, presentations, quarterly business reviews, negotiations and contracts. - Record and update sales activities using our Client Relationship Management system (CRM). - Generate sales leads and follow up on opportunities introduced by DACHSER’s network. Note: This job description is not exhaustive. Employees might be required to perform other related duties to address the continuous needs of the organization.
Requirement and Skills 자격요건
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry. Experience with international freight forwarders preferred. - Alignment with DACHSER’s values: integrity, honesty, openness, respect, entrepreneurship, courage to innovate, inclusive responsibility, sustainability, loyalty and commitment. - High level of sales and customer orientation. - Solid understanding of logistics. - Confident and friendly presence complemented by assertive communication, strong commitment, and persuasive rhetorical skills. - Motivated, results-driven, and proactive approach. - Analytical mindset. - Proficiency in spoken and written English and Korean. - Proficient with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure. - Willingness to travel.
