Sales Support & Administrator

■ Job TItle : Sales Support & Administrator

■ 수행업무
 1. Sales supports (Main task)
 ㆍOrders/Sales management with BU(Business unit) closely
 ㆍQuotation generation with salesman
  - Documentation support in align with sales activities.
 ㆍCustom clearance with BU
  - Documentation in align with logistic company and the bureau of Custom.
 ㆍBusiness trip supports ? Hotel, rent car reservation support.
 ㆍOn-going local project support
  - Foreign engineers Visa issue support
  - General support for foreign engineers
  - Request approval for onshore costs.
 ㆍOrdering Calendar/business card & merchandise sales gift so on.

 2. Administration
 ㆍOffice management ? Contact office landlord & follow up the related issues (Office cleaning)
 ㆍPurchase office supplies - Stationary, beverage, office water, snack, and coffee.

■ Required Skills
 ㆍ Team Focus & Communication Skills
  - Work with sales team to update order/sales.
  - Work with Finance team members in align with sales and on-going project.
  - Understand MNC’s business scheme and matrix organization features.

■ Qualifications
 ㆍ Reads and writes in English (speaks in English preferential)
 ㆍ At least 2 year’s Diploma or graduate diploma business management/admin studies or related discipline.
 ㆍ Microsoft office
 ㆍ Highly motivated, resourceful, and work well under pressure
