Your Job This person will be responsible for collaborating with customers to ensure the easy adoption and design in our Antenna products, supporting both pre-and post-sales activities and be the liaison between Molex engineering teams and customers. What You Will Do 1. Define, plan and manage project milestone activities(schedule/risk/issues, etc.) 2. Manage and direct a product development design or project team consisting of multiple engineering disciplines, and collaboration with pre-sales support. 3. Communication bridge between customer and functional departments, act as the technical customer interface. Ensure CFT clearly understand customer`s procedure, requirements, working style and culture, get CFT support to meet customer`s expectation. 4. Program lifecycle management, including NPD phase (phase 4-7), ECN leading for feasibility evaluation and implement. 5. Manage cost targets as set by Senior Management staff, Minimize the gap between actual and PAR Budget, Provide program supporting at RFQ stage phase 1-3 :create quotation PN, biding timeline, program knowledge. Who You Are · 5+ years’ experience in a similar position. · Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. · LG company Experience/knowledge in manufacturing processes, experience with TCU and antenna connection interaction are preferred. · Good communication skills, requires communication with global team both oral and written in English. · Project development and excellent time management skills. Or PM experience What Will Put You Ahead · Familiarity with Ter1 automotive components manufacturing,delivery, logistic, process.etc. · Demonstrate skill in Microsoft Project. PMP Certification a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit understanding of the cross-functional relationships between inter-company groups and the expertise required to take a product through development and on to production.
