About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program manager to lead our Catalog listing audit efforts across the business. This role is a high-impact role that contributes directly to improving the overall quality of the catalog, which has a direct impact on our customers, both sellers, and buyers. This role is also expected to be a people leader, managing a team of auditors and ensuring the quality, trustworthiness, and safety of our catalog listings.

Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for automating dashboards, monitoring key success metrics, managing WBR reports, identifying problem areas and business challenges and collaboratively shaping solutions with Coupang’s catalog product and engineering teams to help optimize on the platform. The successful candidate has a passion for extracting actionable insights from data. The candidate needs to innovate, and quickly become a subject matter expert to assess business performance across different catalog llsting categories. The candidate should have significant experience working with automation, analyzing data, identifying trends, extracting conclusions, and presenting findings in a simple and clear manner using data across various data marts, and align focus on Coupang’s strategic needs. The candidate should enjoy problem solving and is proficient in VBA and other automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• - Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with various teams across the business to address concerns, provide feedback, and ensure that the necessary changes are implemented effectively
• - Defect Identification: Understanding drivers, impacts, and key influences of defects in our Catalog
• - Defect Reporting : Automate defect reporting for weekly business metrics, identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analysis
• - Measurement : Partnering with Coupang’s Catalog product and engineering team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement
• - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance the audit process and overall listing quality, always aiming for excellence

Qualifications

• - Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
• - Knowledge of SQL and Excel at an advanced level
• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• - Minimum of 8 years experience in business analytics + program management preferably w/ an eCommerce platform
• - Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal bi-lingual (english + korean) candidates preferred
• - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• - Proficiency with data analysis tools and software
• - Bachelor`s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or any related quantitative field is preferred
