-Job Duties: Answer phone calls and handle walk-in customers. Prepare Spreadsheets and Power Point presentations as needed. Receive requests from the customers via phone calls, e-mails and put them on the system. Inform the team members regarding work requests in a timely manner. Close out PMs and Work Order Reports daily. Deliver/Dispatch work requests daily to the assigned division/office. Schedule and coordinate work schedule, meetings, and training sessions. - Use DMLSS to maintain status of work orders including but not limited to updating equipment spec data, installation date, condition codes etc.
- Maintain documents and filing in accordance with managers - copy, scan, organize documents.
Attend meetings and take meeting minutes as requested. - Maintain, update, and track information in databases on the DMLSS and other program.
- Send out weekly backlogs, rework, monthly reports including PMs and Work Orders.
- Any other assigned works

Job Qualifications: 2-3 years of professional administrative experience. High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Korean. Ability to work independently as well as working with a team. Excellent attention to detail. High levels of integrity, self - motivation, and act proactively. Ability to think creatively and resolve problems.
