What you have to do
ㆍ Take charge of
formulating and implementing a comprehensive channel management strategy
specifically tailored to the Korean market, including but not limited to
identifying target channel partners, evaluating their capabilities and
alignment with our business objectives and strategies, and also establishing
mutually beneficial relationships
ㆍ Actively seek new
channel opportunities to expand the market reach locally and drive growth, both
through recruiting new channel partners and nurturing existing partnerships
ㆍ Develop and
maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, leveraging industry
expertise to provide guidance, support, and training to ensure their success in
promoting and selling our products and services
ㆍ Conduct regular
reviews and evaluations of channel partner performance, providing feedback and
guidance to optimize their sales and marketing efforts
ㆍ Effectively
communicate and coordinate with the local sales team to ensure alignment and
synergy between direct sales efforts and channel activities
What you need to have
ㆍ경영학 및 관련 전공의 대졸이상
ㆍ한국 시장 영업 관련 직무 4년 이상 경력 소지자 ㆍ물류자동화 산업을 잘 이해하고 있는 자
ㆍ리더십 스킬 및 커뮤니케이션 스킬 보유자
ㆍ영어 또는 중국어의 기본적인 소통이 가능한 자
ㆍ국내 및 해외출장이 가능한 자
