Job Description

The Welcome Ambassador serves as the welcoming face of Studio City, acting as the first point of contact for guests. This role is pivotal in creating a warm and inviting atmospheres for all guests entering and exiting the property, delivering `WOW` service that exceeds expectations.

Requirements 

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Fluency in English, Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred.

·         Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

·         Height requirement: Female candidates should be above 170 cm, while male candidates should be above 180 cm.

·         Previous experience in a five-star hotel is advantageous.

·         Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications 

·         High school diploma or equivalent professional training.

·         Female, height above 170 cm.

·         Male, height above 180 cm.

·         Presentable with excellent customer service skills.

·         Previous five-star hotel experience is advantageous.

·         Fluency in English, Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities:

·         Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a positive first impression.

·         Help and provide guests with directions and information about outlets and venues within Studio City and surrounding areas.

·         Coordinate closely with Guest Relations, Concierge, and Bell Team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

·         Continuously seek opportunities to create memorable moments for guests by anticipating their needs and fulfilling requests promptly and efficiently.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with all guests, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
