Job Description The Guest Relations Ambassador plays a
crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by seamlessly blending
the responsibilities of a Front Office Attendant and Concierge Attendant. This
position is integral to creating an environment characterized by quick,
efficient service, and above all, `WOW` service that leaves our guests
delighted.

guests at various touchpoints, ensuring their needs are met from arrival to
departure. ·
Strive to provide outstanding
guest experiences that foster satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. ·
Anticipate and fulfill guests`
needs promptly and efficiently, exceeding expectations in every interaction. ·
Build and maintain strong
relationships with all guests, with particular focus on VIP guests, providing
personalized service before, during, and after their stay. ·
Collaborate with other
departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that
may arise. ·
Continuously seek opportunities
to create memorable moments for guests, anticipating their needs and executing
all requests in a timely fashion.
Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent professional training. · Female, height above 170 cm. · Presentable with excellent customer service skills. · Fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean.
· Hospitality-related discipline preferred.
