담당업무 Technical Skills: - Leading a variety of projects with an emphasis on EHS compliance, due diligence, management systems development, strategy development, and auditing;
- Knowledge and experience in Health and Safety compliance management including auditing;
Project Managements: - Ensuring the right resource assignment, realistic planning, development of outputs in right quality, delivery on time, communication with the client independently, and the development of optional solutions to the issues facing in the project execution;
Managing Clients: - Understanding client needs in verbal and written communication, maintaining and developing client relationships, preparing proposals independently based on accurate understanding, and supporting marketing/sales initiatives;
Communication Skills: - Flexible teamwork skill to support other team members in various situations;
- Accurate, but soft communication skill; and Soft and gentle human resource management attitude.
