POSITION OBJECTIVE

ㆍStrategically planning and managing logistics operation including import/export, warehouse, transportation and customs clearance to seek proper inventory balance & customer satisfaction. 

He/she will be responsible for Customs management with oversight on all customs activities, including clearance, HS Code review, daily clearances processes.

ㆍFactory administrative such as MRO purchasing, miscellaneous work

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

ㆍEnsure the compliance of all import/export related government legislations and requirements

ㆍMaintain logistics cost at competitive level

ㆍManage timely clearance of duty/customs

ㆍRoyalty management for imported item

ㆍVendor management (Forwarders, Warehouse, Customs Broker)

ㆍMonthly payment & cost analysis for logistics

ㆍMRO Purchasing, etc.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE 

ㆍProficient in MS Office Programs

ㆍGood communication skills and possess analytical mind

ㆍFluent speaking and writing in English
