A global insurance company is searching for a Business Development Director. The qualified candidate will be developing and executing strategies, enhancing relationships with stakeholders, and driving new business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the company`s reputation in the market as a strategic partner
• Create and execute strategies for each segment and brand
• Enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Leverage market expertise to develop innovative client-facing value propositions
• Work with the County Manager to develop and manage a new business growth plan
• Identify new business opportunities and lead through the sales process
• Manage costs associated with business development and deliver on new business P&L targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business (MBA is a plus)
• More than 10 years of experience in business and account development at multinational companies, MNOs, affinity departments at insurance companies or broker companies
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong presentation skills
• Prior experience in a multinational firm is preferred
• Fluent level Korean and English
