This senior position will oversee strategizing opportunities based on data, executing campaigns in
partnership with business units (Gaming, Hotel, F&B, Retail & Theatre), and developing integrated
campaigns as an all-inclusive solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand
development, data-driven decision-making, events management and cross-functional collaboration, with
an exceptional sense of creative thinking and the ability to evaluate and implement creative ideas that
align with our brand`s identity. Understanding the latest industry trends and best practices is crucial to
this role.
Overall Job Responsibilities ▶ Supervises the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies in Korea to
strengthen the brand positioning of our integrated resort and maximize business performance
across key business units, including Hotel, F&B, Retail, Theatre, and Gaming ▶ Utilize data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, customer
engagement, and brand building within the resort ▶ Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions that align with and
enhance our brand`s identity in Korea ▶ Establish strong partnerships with business units to develop and execute integrated marketing
campaigns that address specific objectives while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand
presence ▶ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create a cohesive marketing
strategy that effectively promotes the integrated resort as a unified and seamless experience ▶ Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights
and strategic recommendations for improvement
▶ Stay at the forefront of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in brand development,
marketing, and customer acquisition, ensuring our marketing efforts remain innovative and
effective ▶ Build partnership with Korean brands to drive awareness of Solaire brand
? Oversee the brand marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring alignment with
overall marketing goals and objectives ▶ Mentor, and develop a high-performing team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a
culture of excellence and continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS ▶ Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
? 10+ years of experience in brand development, data-driven decision-making, and crossfunctional collaboration, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role ▶ Exceptional creative thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate and implement creative ideas
that align with our brand`s identity ▶ Strong understanding of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in brand development,
marketing, and customer acquisition ▶ Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team
members ▶ Proficient in marketing platforms, and other relevant tools and technologies
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
with cross-functional teams and stakeholders ▶ Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights from marketing campaign
performance and make strategic decisions based on data
? A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive
innovation ▶ Language : Strong Korean language and Proficient in English language
