Nespresso B2B 부서는 Nespresso Professional 제품을 Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe (HORECA) 및 Office 채널을 통해 세일즈하고 B2B 세일즈 분석 및 전략 기획을 진행합니다. 
해당 공고는 Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe (HORECA) 채널을 담당하는 Business Development Representative 모집하는 공고입니다.

B2B HORECA Sales Manager
 
Main Purpose of Job

  1. - Drive sales & Nespresso brand awareness: meet and exceed direct sales goals within assigned territory
  2. - Ensure and implement the customer POP aligned with Nestle brand strategy to: new products, assortment, pricing, merchandising and promotion
  3. - Prospect, develop and close new business while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
  4. - Make regular call visits in line with the route plan to ensure effective implementation and timely solutions for in field operations problems
  5. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting 
  6. - Daily follow-up sales figures vs the set sales target: tracking sell-in/sell-out on Nessoft
  7. - Identify and manage risk in his/her business activities and take responsibility for reporting risks in a timely, open, and appropriate manner

Key Outputs

  1. - Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPI for the assigned Area, in designated territory
  2. - Identify sales opportunities within designated territory
  3. - Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Sales Process
  4. - Selection of customers (prospects) via different tools and sources
  5. - Usage of SAP Customer on Demand (CoD) and recording all above activities into (CoD)
  6. - Provide market intelligence to B2B HQ Team
  7. - Cold Calling and Visiting of selected prospects
  8. - Increase business with existing customers
  9. - Identify potential/existing HORECA accounts and design & execute tailor-made plans in order to continue to develop our business
  10. - Selling new machines to be placed in different venues within the customer’s premises and increase the average consumption of existing customer
  11. - Compliance with Nestle and Nespresso business principles and policies including Nestle trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations

Job Requirement

  1. Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Economics or other related disciplines

Minimum 2 years B2B direct sales experiences

Demonstrable track record of consistent over-quota sales performance

Extensive experience in prospecting, driving, and closing complex enterprise sales cycles

Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, open, collaborative, passionate and driven environment within a strong team culture

Positive contributor to team values: Motivation, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer-Focus  

Good command in English communication is a plus

Advanced computer skills, particularly with the MS-Office applications                    

Valid driver`s license
