ㆍAdvise managers on all company people processes including starters/leavers, performance management cycle, development plans and salary reviews ㆍBe the first point of contact for employee’s queries and offer guidance on appropriate resources ㆍEnsure liaison between HQ and local teams where involvement in process innovation and business renovation projects is needed
ㆍSupport the development and implementation of organization change initiatives ㆍDrive activities to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement ㆍFacilitate and maintain a new hire orientation program for successful acclimation and transition into the business, and familiarization with company policies and procedures ㆍResolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances ㆍCoach and support managers on all employee relations matters, ensuring full compliance with local labor legislations ㆍPartner hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process, including support with interviews ㆍLead calendar of wellbeing initiatives at the site together with the network of wellbeing champions
자격요건
ㆍBachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field ㆍAt least 5 years of professional experience in HR Generalist role, with plant management experience ㆍExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) in Korean and English ㆍDiplomatic, sensitive, and adaptable to the needs of people from different backgrounds ㆍStrong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and demanding environment ㆍGood knowledge of employment/labor laws in Korea ㆍAptitude in problem-solving and resourceful ㆍComfortable in conflict resolution
