A multinational bicycle manufacturer is looking for a Country HR Manager. The selected applicant will advocate for local Korean entity HR requirements, culture, business challenges, strategy, vision, and changes internationally and locally.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement full scope of Global, APAC, and Korea HR initiatives and programs
  • Facilitate, influence, and drive positive changes and strategic business initiatives
  • Establish strong credibility and trust with all stakeholders
  • Maintain a long-term strategic vision while engaging in daily operational business needs
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership coaching to the Korea leadership team
  • Analyse employee surveys to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Offer guidance, interpretation, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Develop and deliver local training and development programs
  • Oversee talent attraction and acquisition for retail and wholesale business
  • Revise, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes
  • Manage HRIS ? Workday, contributing with integration and global rollout of Workday

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner in an international organisation
  • More than 7 years HR generalist experience
  • Experience in the Korea retail environment
  • Broad scope generalist HR experience across full scope
  • Knowledge of HRIS Management, international project team membership, roll out and integration
  • Stand-alone HR role interaction with a global organisation
  • Bilingual level written and verbal English and Korean
