A multinational bicycle manufacturer is looking for a Country HR Manager. The selected applicant will advocate for local Korean entity HR requirements, culture, business challenges, strategy, vision, and changes internationally and locally. Responsibilities: - Implement full scope of Global, APAC, and Korea HR initiatives and programs
- Facilitate, influence, and drive positive changes and strategic business initiatives
- Establish strong credibility and trust with all stakeholders
- Maintain a long-term strategic vision while engaging in daily operational business needs
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership coaching to the Korea leadership team
- Analyse employee surveys to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Offer guidance, interpretation, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Develop and deliver local training and development programs
- Oversee talent attraction and acquisition for retail and wholesale business
- Revise, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Manage HRIS ? Workday, contributing with integration and global rollout of Workday
Requirements: - More than 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner in an international organisation
- More than 7 years HR generalist experience
- Experience in the Korea retail environment
- Broad scope generalist HR experience across full scope
- Knowledge of HRIS Management, international project team membership, roll out and integration
- Stand-alone HR role interaction with a global organisation
- Bilingual level written and verbal English and Korean
