[Job Description]
1. DevOps manager
- - Operate local application with stability and sustainability to prevent business impact
- - Setup SCRUM team and management process to ensure the CI/CD
- - Setup Long Range Planning aligning with group standard and business strategy
- - Manage function development / change request to satisfy business needs
- - Build a bridge between business and IT and advise business for IT solution
- - Design for application operation landscape with business process to ensure high quality delivery
- - Make continuous practices of improving service quality and solution process
- - Is able to develop applicable quality models according to specific business operations and conclude effective results
- - Manage local service providers to ensure / steer strong support and high quality for application operation
- - Lead to user training, support and development consulting for local application
2. Business support
- - Manage / consult of wholesale / retail systems and processes
- - Coach dealer IT with deep expertise on specific areas of dealer business
- - Guide / Support wholes sales application operation and process
- - Coordinate system process among KR, dealer and central IT
3. Project management / support
- - Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
- - Lead / support IT project in accordance with FG processes
- - Manages multiple or complex projects
- - Develops full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- - Coordinates resources cross functions/department and vendors
- - Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team
- - Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools or templates.
- - Support central projects for retails businesses
[Job Qualification]
- - Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- - At least over 3 years in IT industry
- - At least 2 years of IT product maintenance & operation
- - Working experience at automotive industry is plus
[근무조건]
- 고용형태: 퍼솔켈리 소속 파견계약직
- 근무기간: 1년 (연장 시 최대 2년까지 근무 가능)
- 근무시간: 월~금 09:00~18:00
- 근무지 위치: 스테이트타워 명동 (BMW Korea)
- 급여: 회사 내규에 따라 (인센티브 1년 2회 지급 별도)
