■ 근무지: 서울

■ 직급: 과장~부장 (5년 미만자 서류 받지 않으며 영어능통 필수인 포지션 입니다.)

■ 수행업무

u  Responsible for tax compliance and income tax provision for the U.S. and foreign operations

u  Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 and review income tax provision for all of the entities in the group

u  Support quarterly and annual financial reporting, including but not limited to footnote disclosures, FIN48, and ETR reconciliation

u  Assist with tax planning and forecasts

u  Lead and review transfer pricing process and reports

u  Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate tax returns in various jurisdictions

u  Establish appropriate processes for tax risk management

u  Act as the key point of contact and support for external tax advisors

u  Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters with respect to tax

u  Lead and coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven projects/initiatives

■ 자격 요건

u  회계학 전공 학위 소지자 또는 AICPA 자격증 소지자 (AICPA 선호)

u  6년 이상 법인세 처리 경력자 또는 회계법인(Big 4 선호) 세무 경력자

u  ASC 740 에 따른 세무 지식 및 경험 보유자

u  SEC 신고, 세무 전략 수립 및 실행, 프로젝트 유경험자

u  영어 능통자(Fluent in English, both written and verbal)
