Job Description 

1. Integrate and implement KB Rail strategies and master projects

2. Support STRAP, mid-term and short-term planning processes 


3. Support Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling 

4. Develop, deploy and execute functional strategies 

5. Execute functional strategies  


Other Tasks & Responsibilities

- Answering customers multiple queries and handling customer requests.
- Raise quotations by compiling data and chasing sales references.
- Provide various supports to handle price negotiations.
- Process incoming orders by issuing Order summary.
- Take proper action for invoicing after material deliveries.
- Administrate sales data and maintain various sales documentations.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Handle Contract process with Customer 
- Update Sales Planning/ Turnover Report  
- Manage sales documentation and communicate with the IC responsible



Job Requirements: 

- Bachelor degree
More than 3 years experience of Sales administration preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Good Communication skills in Korean and English (business level in English)
