Service Manager
( ○명 )

■ About the Role

 ㆍAs an IT Client Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts,

identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of

IT solutions and services. 


■ Responsibilities

ㆍServe as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns

in a timely and professional manner. 

ㆍCollaborate with Offshore teams, including sales, technical support, and project

management, to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions and services. 

ㆍDevelop account strategies and action plans to achieve pipeline targets and maximize

delivery performance. 

ㆍ Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek out new

opportunity through networking and referrals. 

ㆍ Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients. 

ㆍ Monitor and report on account health, performance, and client satisfaction metrics. 


■ Candidate Requirments

  ·   Language : Korean, Vietnamese (Fluently)

ㆍ Bachelor`s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or a related field. 

ㆍ Proven experience in IT services or account management, preferably within the technology industry. 

ㆍ Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions. 

ㆍ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

ㆍ Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. 

ㆍ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

ㆍ Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. 

ㆍ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

ㆍ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
