Position Overview Performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature. Requires a high level of tact and integrity due to the great frequency of senior level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential data
What will you do? Communicates and/or coordinates CEO’s instructions and desires with various individuals and/or departments Receives and screens contacts for CEO Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conferences, and travel Organizes and maintains CEO’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with general guidance. Transcribes dictation, often of a highly technical and/or confidential nature Prepares special reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data for leadership Any other ad-hoc projects and assignments as per assigned How will you get there? +1 years` secretarial experience in supporting senior executives in a fast-paced MNC environment Strong attention to detail, organized and possess excellent time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and work with a sense of urgency Fluent English and Chinese Comfortable in handling confidential, sensitive information and materials Culturally sensitive with strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills Excellent coordination, interpersonal, written and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications |
