- Reach the necessary standard of quality and professionalism in training execution

- Create pro-active and positive atmosphere in all aspects of training and POS coaching

- To Imply annual training and coaching plan according to brand BC training path

- To respect HQ guideline and training curriculum in daily execution

- To execute all Fragrance related trainings(New BC, Professionalization, Specialization, Novelty and Service trainings)

- Ability to handling e-learning platform

- To identify, anticipate the on-going training needs of Beauty consultants for developing pragmatic contents and POS tools

- To closely communicate with marketing department for supporting product launch and brand service development

- Support various of team and region, central projects

- Assist admirative tasks for senior trainer and retail education manager.

자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력5년↑

- Good command of spoken and written Korean and English

- At least 5 years of experience as fragrance trainer in cosmetic or trainer in luxury fashion industry.

- Preferred fragrance or fashion training experience.

- Preferred to graduate fragrance college or study background

- Pro-active and motivated

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledgeable about market and customer
