We offer

We are looking for a customer facing, self-driven sales who has responsibility for the commercial development and delivery of the results to the company. The purpose of the role is to drive account development and lead the selling of integrated container logistics solution. The role is expected to develop and facilitate logistics solutions as well as managing customers relationships to build strategical partnerships globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers in the Korea market to deliver gross profit targets and grow our business.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales strategies and respond to customer inquiries and requests.

  • Develop and implement customer business development plans that align with our short-term and long-term sales strategies and market environment.

  • Communicate effectively with senior decision-makers and build strategic partnerships with us.

  • Utilize Salesforce (CRM tool) to optimize sales pipeline and ensure data accuracy.

  • Participate in tendering processes and manage relationship with clients.

  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and offer consultative recommendations that provide long-term strategic value.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.

We are looking for:

  • +5 years of experience in logistics industry.

  • Strong understanding of logistics products, solutions, pricing, and terminology.

  • Familiarity with supply chain development processes in the local market and industry.

  • Proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning opportunities through personal and collaborative selling efforts.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple objectives and priorities effectively.

  • Strategic thinking with both short and long-term planning skills.

  • Good command of written and verbal English skills, along with native-level Korean proficiency.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
