MAIN PURPOSE
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager will execute the annual press and influencer strategy, in order to increase press & social PR rankings and engagement with the aim to enhance brand love and awareness with press, beauty consultants and key influencers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead 360 PR & Communication Strategy
? Develop and deliver PR strategy encompassing Digital, Social, PR & Brand Partnerships and commercials.
? Take lead in implementing the content creation with influencers, celebrities, and key media.
? Build 360 media channel plan across paid, owned and earned channels
? Oversees and orchestrates brands` digital marketing, social media and paid media activities to create a consumer focused and consistent brand experience
? Create a strategic seeding plan to reinforce the local marketing launching calendar
2. Drive Local Relevancy
? Identify local consumer & Market Insight, sharing findings with Global to ensure the consistency of new campaign development with region`s needs
? Drive local market prioritization & focus (product choice & adaptation/ exceptional local origination in alignment with global)
3. Lead Paid Media and Manage Agency
? Media planning, Optimize the budget and identify where and how to invest. (Sales forecast, price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L etc)
? Manage Budgets on a monthly basis track and undertake responsibility of the monthly budget management
? Strengthen the media publicity activities (product placement, tie-up, and editorial pitch) and build/maintain close relations with top-tier media. Plan and manage media tie-up/editorial contents projects, including digital viral communication through media`s account
? Work closely with PR AGENCY to draft and disseminate press-release for maximum media coverage
? Manage Public relations spokesperson and ambassadors
? Closely monitor media coverage and take proactive action to maintain favourable brand advocacy, identify issues related to the brand and tackle on any PR RISK
? Build, develop and manage the team. And coach them and develop their marketing and communication experience and hands-on experience
REQUIREMENTS
? Strong PR & communication experience (above 7 years) in cosmetics industry
? Strong planning and analytical skills with attention to detail
? Excellent leadership, communication, negotiations, and interpersonal skills
? Comfortable working in ambiguity with positive mind-set
? Budget management to run finance P&L
? Fluent in both English & Korean
