Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
 

• CSE phone Support via escalation bases and Fly and fix support and customer meeting
• Data analyze and making improvement plan and standardize such as requesting CIP.
• Responsible for providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support who are diagnosing, troubleshooting,repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical/optical equipment, computer systems and/or complex software.
• Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors. 
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
• Will be involved in product installation and training.

In addition to travelling to different customer sites to provide support on-site within your own region, you would also travel oversea to support customers worldwide per biz needs.

 Minimum Qualifications

• 
  Master`s Level Degree or work experience of 0 years , Bachelor`s Level Degree or work experience of 3 years
• Expertise on optics, laser, mechanics, robotization, e-Beam tool, vacuum technology, semiconductor manufacturing, equipment install and technical support, application support.
• Good English communication.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Powerpoint.
• Experience troubleshooting, servicing, maintaining or designing vacuum, e-beam and process control equipment utilizing spectroscopic ellipsometry and other reflectometry measurement techniques.
  
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Deeper understanding of each of the previous experience areas, plus:
  • Demonstrated ability or capability to influence engineering and drive continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in testing techniques and design of experiments.
  • Previous experience in evaluating and testing new application technologies or new product introduced.
  • Ability to set priorities and delegate tasks during critical situations where multiple issues must be handled simultaneously. A multi-tasker.
  • Demonstrated skills in conceptualizing creative technical solutions and documenting them.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good self-driven and time management.
  • Have good customer experience.
