IKEA Korea is currently looking for a replacement colleague for a period of 12 months (approx. between June 2024 to May 2025).

As a person you are passionate about people and dedicated to contributing to great candidate’s and co-worker’s experience by means of excellent recruitment and sourcing process. You act as an ambassador for the IKEA culture and values and enjoy working with tactical and operational tasks in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment.
We see that you can have a background from marketing, communication or HR with previous experience of working within the area of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Branding (EB). If you have experience of leading projects as well as experience of translating strategies into concrete actions, it is an advantage.
Experience from Recruitment & Sourcing as well as experience within the field of communication is an advantage. You speak and write both Korean and English fluently.
