Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst specializing in Korean language metadata tag quality control, to support the externalized workflows on the Product Metadata team. You will be responsible for ensuring that metadata tags associated with our content are accurate, consistent, and optimized for search and discovery. The work will be performed closely with our Content Analysis team and external vendors to review and validate metadata tags, ensuring they adhere to our established guidelines and standards.
The primary responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of TV and film.
Responsibilities:
* Reviewing metadata tags provided by vendors for accuracy, consistency, and relevance to the content.
* Conducting quality checks to ensure metadata tags comply with N사 standards and best practices.
* Identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors in metadata tags
* Collaborating with internal teams to maintain metadata quality standards and guidelines.
* Providing feedback to vendors to improve the quality of metadata tags
* Maintaining accurate records of metadata tag reviews and quality control activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
* Passionate about movies and TV with knowledge of the diverse landscape of entertainment produced globally
* Proven experience in quality assurance, content management, or related fields.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors in metadata tags.
* Familiarity with metadata standards and best practices.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- 근무시간: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (일 8시간 근무)
