- Provide installation, calibration, commissioning and repair services for optical inspection
- equipment
- Will serve and consult as the customers first point of contact for all post sale technical
- issues relating optical inspection equipment
- Manages day to day activities pertaining to customer visits and delivers high customer satisfaction to our install base. - Responsibilities.
- Installation, commissioning and training of optical inspection equipment
- Onsite calibration of optical inspection equipment
- Provide repair services for optical inspection equipment
- Assist customers with remote troubleshooting of optical inspection equipment
- Quote service jobs and follow up on quoted service work
- Schedule and perform service work
- Serve as the customers first point of contact for all post sale technical issues relating
- optical inspection equipment - Qualification
- BS EE/ME/CE/CS or Related Majors
- Technical support experience with optical inspection equipment
- Good communication skills of English
- Strong PC hardware/software troubleshooting and repair capabilities
- Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of electronics and circuitry
- Ability to convey technical information concisely verbally and in writing
- Strong intuitive diagnostic skills
