ㆍThe SaaS Business Manager will lead the planning, development, and strategic launch of our SaaS products in Korea and internationally. This pivotal role entails leading diverse, cross-cultural teams through the entire product lifecycle?from initial concept to market launch?ensuring that all products meet the rigorous demands of our clinical partners and regulatory bodies. The manager will be responsible for creating comprehensive strategies to enhance product visibility and financial performance, generating essential communication artifacts like user flows, UI prototypes, and user guides, and managing product-related KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.
In addition to overseeing product launches, the SaaS Business Manager will engage directly with hospitals and clinical companies to promote market penetration and adoption of our solutions. This role requires effective communication of complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders to foster decision-making and support for strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will also navigate the regulatory landscapes, plan product roadmaps for international customers, and assess the impacts of these environments on product offerings. With a strong background in software product management, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to ensure the successful deployment and enhancement of our clinical microbiology SaaS offerings, making a significant impact on healthcare outcomes.
자격요건
ㆍBroad-based knowledge in software product management including new product development and launch, strategy development, category financials, and voice of customer process. ㆍPerspective and effectiveness in cross-cultural environments obtained from experience leading/managing teams through a product launch process. ㆍGenerate high-quality artifacts for effective communication, including user flows & journeys, UI prototypes, user guides, business cases, cost-benefit analyses and product overviews. ㆍExperience operating in an environment where product managers are held accountable for KPIs and tell stories using data. ㆍAbility to communicate complicated concepts to non-technical stakeholders to support decision making and buy-in.

ㆍExperience in both clinical workflows and product management with a proven track record of success in clinic workflow development and / or enhancement, product management, customer-facing activities, strategic functions, and / or operational roles. ㆍUnderstanding of the complexities involved in planning roadmaps for launching healthcare/clinical software products to international customers. ㆍRegulatory environment assessment and product impact analysis.
