1. 포지션 

- Quality Engineer (Instrumentation)

2. Job Responsibility

- Work with ME & Engineering to develop PFMEA and regular review to decrease RPN continually.

- Create process CP to make sure critical product & process characteristics identified and under control.

- Perform first article inspection to reduce the risk of mass quality accident.

- Monitor the process FPY and drive continual improvement.

- SPC control of critical characteristics and improve the process capability CPK to be robust.

- Raw data management skill & experience to analyze quality matters and also initiate improvement activities.

- Manage the outgoing inspection to prevent poor quality product flowing to customer side.

- Strongly awareness of identifying nonconforming and issue CAR to drive continual & effective improvement.

- Collect process nonconforming data and analyze to identify any improvement opportunity.

- Monitor process to be operated in standardized instruction by performing regular audit.

- Identifies quality performance, trends and corrective action by coordinating with customers and suppliers.

- Collect COPQ data and continual improvement.

- Other process improvement activity like QCC, 6 Sigma project etc.

- Ensures compliance to specified quality requirements by performing in-house and supplier audits and surveys.

- Develops and initiates programs to improve supplier performance and quality management.

- Leads and supports 6 sigma projects to continuously improve products and processes.

- Assign and prioritize team member tasks.

3. Qualifications

- Mechanical engineering or material engineering background.

- At least 3-year process quality assurance experience or related quality field in manufacture company.

- Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards, skilled at process audit.

- Proficient in quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan, etc.

- Strong problem-solving skills, such as 8D,5WHY, etc.

- Any experience of 6 sigma will be preferred

- Supplier quality management experience is required.

- Proactive & positive thinking/working style.

- Good English communication skills; Positive interpersonal skills to support working with different cultures is preferred.

    - Work in fast paced, collaborative team environment.
