ㆍPromote best known methods for Nova’s SIMS solutions ㆍSeek out opportunities to proliferate Nova’s SIMS solutions ㆍPerform strategic customer demonstrations of Nova solutions ㆍSupport development of new application features and assist in their market penetration ㆍManage customer requests and requirements in a timely and professional manner ㆍTrain and update field applications engineers ㆍSupport installation, maintenance and sustaining of Nova’s SIMS products ㆍAssist end-users and Nova service engineers in troubleshooting Nova products in the field ㆍWork with customer on joint publications and technical reports
자격요건
ㆍBS, MS or PhD in Materials Engineering/Physics/ Chemistry, and Applied science. ㆍMinimum 3 years of experience in Metrology equipment customer support or similar complex systems, along with extensive hands-on fab experience ㆍDemonstrated problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. ㆍInterpersonal and communication skills along with leadership skills are required. ㆍCommunication capability in Korean and English - advanced or intermediate levels. ㆍA positive team player, self-motivated, and able to act autonomously. ㆍAnalytical skills and problem-solving mentality. ㆍOrganized with solid time management & good multitasking skills. ㆍBe able to travel up to 30%, both domestic and international
Preference points
ㆍExperience and strong theoretical and practical background with Secondary Ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS). ㆍKnowledge of statistics, basic semiconductor device physics, numerical analysis, and mathematical optimization ㆍPreferred fluent English skill ? both written and spoken English
