Provide management with effective legal advice on the Company’s business and strategies.
Identify, manage and escalate potential legal risks in the Company, including employment, data and insurance regulatory issues.
Analyze the reputational, commercial and legal implications of all Company activities to ensure that they are conducted within and compliant with existing legal frameworks.
Job Requirements
Degree in Law
Called to the Korean bar
Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in Legal and Compliance
Insurance industry experience highly preferred; other financial services experience advantageous
In-depth knowledge of local and international business standards, best practices and external regulations
