Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent will report to Account Manager to be responsible for the profitable management of both existing and new business for the Maersk Contract Logistics In-Country Korea’s Distribution Centers and build up good relationships with existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in key account management, business acquisition, and sales development, with strong communication and leadership skills.


o Responsible for the management of the relationship with accountable clients in Apparel / FMCG / Cosmetic sector

o Maintain good long-term relationship with existing clients and to identify potential new business opportunities for the company

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability Liaise and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide sound solutions

o Work closely with operation teams to ensure efficient and effective project implementation and execution

o Work proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the clients’ expectation, manage project implementation and execution, achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPI met

o Manage projects relating to operations and or commercial functions

o Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and KPIs

o Negotiate and manage budgets, and present to senior management

o Manage projects related to operations and commercial functions

o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

o Perform other tasks as assigned by managers


We are looking for:

o Bachelor degree or above

o Over 10 yrs of career experience: Tertiary educated with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or contract logistics industry.

o At least 3 years of experience in team management, managing teams of more than 7 members

o Proven track record in Key Account Management, SCM Customer Services, Business Acquisition, and Sales Development

o Assertive and self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure

o Able to communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholder

o Good command of both spoken and written English

o Well-versed with Microsoft Office applications
