The Phoenix Mecano Group is a global player in the enclosures and industrial components segments
and is a leader in many markets. Its products are used in the mechanical
engineering, measurement and control technology, medical technology, aerospace
technology, alternative energy and home and hospital care sectors, amongst

We invite applications for the following position: SALES/MARKETING ENGINEER (Industrial Components/Electronics Enclosures) The Job
- Responsible for identifying and developing
new market opportunities for our specific electronics/electro-mechanical components such as terminal
blocks, switches, test probes and inductors; and electronics enclosures.
- Solicit new accounts/businesses
and manage key accounts.

Build up business relationships and sustainable
network of direct sales to OEMs, distribution channel partners critical to the
strategic growth plans of the company. 4.
Develop and apply marketing & sales
strategies to generate support and successful win for design-in opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with direct
customers to acquire first-hand information on any new development and work
closely with them to ensure they obtain adequate product and technical
support.
- Analyze data and current strategies;
recommend new directions and develop creative strategies, concepts and
solutions for sales and marketing.
- Reports to Sales Manager in Singapore with
dotted-line responsibilities to the Korea Country Manager (matrix
organization).
The Requirements
- 3 - 5 years’
relevant sales and marketing in electronics/electro-mechanical
component industry. Past
experience in electronics enclosures.
- Degree in
Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
3. Good customer relationship management skill. 4. Familiar with handling Contract Manufacturer (CM) / End customer /
Distributor.
- Good command of
oral / written English is essential.
