[채용 포지션] Sr. Retail Planner
- Reporting to : Retail Planning Manager
- 리테일 채널 Demand planning & Sales Planning 업무
- Korea, Japan and Taiwan 담당하는 regional position
 
[담당업무]

• - Supporting the Retail Planning Lead in developing the top-down merchandise financial plan.
• - Developing the bottom-up merchandise financial plan and store spread for a product category(s)/class.
• - Completing assortment analytics as inputs to developing seasonal category strategies and assortment plans designed by Retail Buying.
• - Analyzing and creating seasonal size curves.
• - Developing the seasonal product flow plan with support from the Retail Analyst team.
• - Identifying the in-season open to buy actions required to meet plans, setting and facilitating pre-forecasting meetings, etc.
• - Recommending and reviewing markdown and promotion opportunities.
• - Achieving the key performance metrics for a product category(s).
• - Consistently monitoring the business through analytics and identifying actions to achieve the key performance metrics.
• - Understanding the key connectivity and interactions required for all business process steps.

 


• - Sharing consumer and industry trends and insights.
• - Supporting the Visual Merchandising team on space planning.
• - Reviewing production order adjustments as needed (along with Operations Forecasting & Planning)
• - Participating in buy meetings.
• - Conducting End-of-Season Hind-sighting
• - Providing the wholesale/distribution teams with seasonal retail planning information.
• - Managing in-season process and markdowns/promotions recommendation 
• - Driving business objectives, metrics and maximize sales and inventory management  
• - Analyzing weekly sales achievement and support the analyst in strategy development to improve the business result 
• - Participating in-store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand retail trends and consumer needs.
• - As requested, supporting other functions and associates in developing process knowledge and skills through coaching and job assistance.
• - Sharing retail best practices in Retail Planning with wholesale counterparts in managing their franchisee/ mono-brand stores.

[자격 요건]
- College degree or above
- Related experience of 5~10 years in the retail industry
- English is a must. Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is an advantage
