PURPOSE OF THIS JOB - Maximize the sale of parts and service solutions. - Develop new customers, promote company products & solution and achieve sales revenue for own territory. DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITY - Proper co-ordination/ synergy with product sale & operation team to execute received orders - Cooperate with internal sales closely to collect customer needs and follow up the customers. - Day to day interaction with customers to develop the business in your area. - Keep a track of customer investments well in advance for customer & build our contracts & others service products around it. - Provide proactive steps to contact Lost boy customers and bring them back to Atlas Copco. - Meet sales targets and drive customer satisfaction through proactive sales. - Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders and competition. - Report to the sales managers on activity, effectiveness is a must. - Follow up lead process to develop opportunities through the C4C. - Perform SWOT analysis for small machine market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback. - Must be able to manage the entire sales process and have technical knowledge of the compressed air system. QUALIFICATION [Experience/Education] - More than 4 years experiences in after-market sales - University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent [Knowledge/Skill] - Good English in both spoken and written - A good understanding of the sales process in Industrial Products and sales career with technical background and desire to build long term relations with customers and develop the territory. - Willing to travel - Prefer having compressed air knowledge. - Must be able to work independently and as a team player - Strong customer focused and deeply determined - Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets - Analytical person with innovative problem solving ability - Excellent interpersonal skills
