직무 설명

 Together with Store Experience Manager lead your team to increase sales by delivering excellent customer service and creating an appealing store environment by presenting our products according to guidelines and in an inspiring and commercial way. 

 ARKET Visual Merchandise Manager는 스토어 매니저와 함께 팀을 이끌어 나가고, 글로벌 가이드 라인에 따라 고객에게 영감을 줄 수 있는 방식으로 상품을 진열함으로써 매력적인 스토어 환경을 만들며 높은 수준의 고객 서비스를 제공합니다. 

- Ensure campaigns, visual standards and guidelines are implemented correctly and finished on time through planning and routines 

- Analyze sales reports and KPI’s together with management team and implement relevant actions 

- Lead and develop the visual team by being a role model and inspire them to reach and exceed goals 

- Constantly works with a next me to support brand expansion and succession 

- Ensure health & safety, legal and security issues are being handled in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation, ensuring employee, customer & third-party safety at all times 

- 매장 내 디스플레이를 캠페인, 비주얼 스탠다드, 가이드 라인에 따라 정확하게 진열하며 플랜과 루틴에 따라 정해진 시간 안에 마무리 합니다.  

- 매니지먼트 팀과 함께 세일즈 리포트와 성과지표를 분석하고, 그에 맞는 적절한 비주얼 액션을 수행합니다.  

- 롤 모델로서 비주얼 팀을 이끌고 발전시키며, 골을 달성 및 초과 달성할 수 있도록 팀에게 영감을 줍니다.   

- 브랜드의 확장과 성공을 위해 Next me와 함께 일합니다.   

- H&M 그룹의 정책에 따라 고객과 직원이 건강하고 안전한 근무환경을 만들기 위해 노력합니다.

Store experience 

Ensure campaigns, visual standards and guidelines are implemented correctly and finished on time through planning and routines. 

Secure usage of planning tools to prioritize, increase efficiency and handle workload.  

Responsible to share information regarding Seasonal News, Visual Standards and Guidelines. 

Regularly overviews the store to follow-up implementation of visual actions and distribute resources accordingly. 

Acts as a role model to deliver excellent customer service at all times. 

Profitability 

Analyze sales reports and KPI’s together with management team and implement relevant actions. 

Optimize allocation together with Store Experience Manager and Department Manager. 

Team 

Lead and develop the visual team by being a role model and inspire them to reach and exceed goals.  

Participate and follow-up team members with individual feedback/dialogue meetings together with Store Experience Manager.  

Evaluate level of visual knowledge among team members and execute trainings accordingly. 

Ensure material maintained, stored in the right conditions and stockrooms are safe and tidy. 

Constantly works with a next me to support brand expansion and succession.

자격요건 

높은 트래픽의 리테일 환경에서 근무한 경험 

리테일에서 최소 3년 이상의 근무 경력 

검증된 리더십 스킬 

영어 가능자 

패션 지식과 스타일링 스킬을 보유한 자 

서울권 매장 근무가능자
