? Job title : Sales Manager (대기업 Account AM)
? R&R :
> Responsible for discovery of sales opportunities by aiming for EV applicable sensors and components
> Customer proposal preparation through internal communication with PMs, technology and plant team for quotation, business case review, technical support, quality & delivery issues and information and processes of customer requests.
>Managing of customer’s needs (RFQ, Design change, schedule) and Initial review & CPO register for RFQ
>Quote and Negotiate sales price and cost (tooling, test, etc) with the customer
>Interfacing the customer for development project(deliver proto & pilot sample, f/up ISIR) by collaboration with engineers
>Plan and execution the territory orders/sales growth/forecast and meeting by complying the business rhythm
? Requirements:
> Degree qualification (BS/ BA or equivalent), Engineering in major is preferred
> Minimum 10 years of Sales or Commercial experience in the Transportation, electric vehicles partucularry
> Understanding of business, customer profitability drivers, financial measurements, sales Terms & Conditions
> Knowledgeable in economic market, competition analysis and project managemen
> Must be able to generate immediate credibility with customers, other sales people and application engineers
> Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment are required
> Self starter with high energy level and presentation Skill
> Insight for multi-national business
> Effective written and oral communication skills in English
> Multi-national company work experiences are preferred
