(Contract Logistics) Contract Logistics Site Manager: To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of safety, cost, quality, delivery, environment + people.; To oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities, ensuring the correct skills + training is in place.; To ensure all operational activities are compliant with external + internal requirements/standards.; To lead all office + warehouse activities at the site while understanding + inspiring others to learn + develop.; To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence.; To drive a culture of continuous improvement, developing new initiatives for operational, service + sustainable solutions.; To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.; To ensure that everyone involved in distribution activities delivers the right transport solutions.

(Contract Logistics) Contract Logistics Production System Manager: To upskill colleagues by delivering training on key productivity improvement tools + programs under the production system/KN Excellence banner.; To plan for + implement all annual excellence certification activities for locations/sites under your scope; striving to achieve ever higher levels of operational excellence.; To validate + assess continuous improvement projects with a focus on annual hard savings targets.; To coach site managers + their teams in the skills needed to drive operational excellence activities.; To lead deep dive value streaming analysis (DDVSA) events; To deploy KN Excellence site certification road maps containing all 26 continuous improvement elements.; To drive + monitor Kaizens for continuous productivity + quality improvements across operational activities.

(Sea Logistics) Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist: To create/complete shipment details in our internal transport management system, coordinate with all involved stakeholders + organize transport based on the customer promise, obtain DG approvals where required, escalating discrepancies as required.; To monitor + report on operational performance of carriers + other vendors as well as ensuring strong data quality is available for timely + accurate customer reporting.; To create files for consolidation containers (Master).; To review + ensure alignment of shipping instructions including clarifying any deviations/conflicts while taking country regulations, export compliance, rate + routing information into consideration.; To issue + accurately submit/issue all required documentation (issue BAL specimen, carrier OBL instructions, VGM and security filings, sales invoices) within 24 hours of departure.; To ensure departure confirmations (or deviations v. scheduled) are shared with CCLs.; To release BAL B/L as per Financial Guidelines + working instructions.; To ensure cost awareness + efficiency through timely, accurate cost/revenue updates including profit maximization by providing cost awareness to the CCLs.; To check + verify incoming supplier invoices, including initiating + resolving any rate discrepancies.; To support and resolve claims + disputes.
