- Develop and execute store visual merchandising strategies in alignment with brand guidelines

- Plan and implement visual merchandising for events, ensuring brand consistency and optimal customer experience

- Oversee store maintenance, including cleanliness, organization, and display integrity

- Manage store projects related to visual merchandising, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deadlines 

자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력2년↑

- Degree holder

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury fashion industry, especially the high-end luxury (Fashion & Cosmetic) retail industry

- Proficient in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) would be preferred.

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Artistic sense with visual talent and a strong styling sensibility

- Mature with good communication & interpersonal skills

- Able to monitor the vendors to follow the process

- Strong project management abilities: managing, communicating, timelines, defining clear objectives, and delivering key insights

- Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty
