Implementation - Analyze customer data to
identify trends, preferences, and behavior patterns. - Develop and implement
targeted CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. - Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to execute CRM initiatives effectively. O CRM Data Collection System
Management - Oversee the management of CRM
databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Implement data collection
strategies to capture relevant customer information across multiple
touchpoints. - Regularly update and maintain
customer profiles to facilitate personalized marketing campaigns. O Omnichannel, Cegid Project
Support on CRM - Provide support for CRM
integration across omnichannel platforms to ensure a seamless customer
experience. - Collaborate with IT teams to
integrate CRM systems with Cegid and other relevant platforms. - Assist in the implementation
of CRM enhancements and updates. O Client Experience - Develop and execute
in-boutique events to enhance the client experience and drive sales. - Coordinate the selection and
distribution of client gifts and incentives based on CRM insights.
- Create personalized client communications,
including messages, and exclusive offers

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력3년↑
- Degree
holder - 3-4
years of proven experience in CRM analytics and strategy development. - Experienced
in luxury business, especially Jewelry & Fashion - Good
command of written and spoken English - Strong
analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive
actionable insights. - Experience
with omnichannel marketing and project management. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively across teams.

understanding of client expectations in this market
