ㆍ경력 : 경력무관 (신입 가능)

ㆍ반드시 비즈니스 회화가 가능한 중국어와 영어실력 보유자

ㆍ최소 1년의 프론트 오피스, 버틀러, 컨시어지, VIP 서비스 등의 호텔경험 보유자

【담당업무】 

ㆍPay attention to the guest arrival and departure, establish a good relationship with guests, collect and update guests` personal information, preferences, habits and hobbies, to ensure that the best personalized butler service is provided

ㆍFollow up the check-in and check-out procedures, catering services, laundry services and butler services, ensure that the service requests are followed up by the relevant departments and delivered on time to the guests

ㆍAnswer guests` enquiries and requests in a professional manner, actively communicate with relevant internal departments so as to provide appropriate services.
