A. Job Summary:
As a Regional
Director, he/she is responsible to demonstrate strong business acumen, ‘can-do’
mindset, resourceful and with proven ability to take the business on the
journey where the goal is to create a forward thinking and commercial aligned
sales strategy and plans. He/she is knowledgeable of our industry surrounding
with children’s educational materials in both print and digital content. He/she
is responsible for exploring new opportunities with the sales team, maximize
revenue through building sales roadmap; conducting market research; identifying
new partners and channels for pre-primary and primary school sectors.
B.
Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility
for the business portfolio in the assigned territory/business lines.
2. Formulate and
implement the company’s sales strategies, tactics and plans to achieve overall
business targets.
3. Develop a
well-connected network of influencers, supporters or partners in the education
space to position the company as a partner of choice for innovative product and
services.
4. Manage sales
processes, responsible for building and delivering business goals and develop
relationships with customers from all channels including schools, bookstores
and distributors.
5. Build and lead a high
functioning, collaborative and results driven sales team.
6. Develop and maintain a
good pedagogical and technical knowledge of all the relevant products and services.
7. Represent the company
in liaising with government offices and regulatory bodies.
8. Work closely with the
regional office to ensure alignment of business goals.
자격요건
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing,
International Business, or equivalent. 2. 8-10 years of working experience and 5 years of
managerial experience at a multinational company.

1. Fluent mastery of both English, as well as
mature with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 2.
Demonstrate
excellent business and financial acumen. 3.
Must be
entrepreneurial and resourceful, and with a keen eye on business opportunities
in both B2B and B2C space 4.
Has the
intellectual capacity and ability to “hit the ground running” and deliver
results quickly and efficiently. 5. Possess clear
personal energy and conviction, able to present their views challenging the
status quo in the appropriate way with the intention to innovate and improve.
