Responsibilities
ㆍAssist in the invoicing process and collections ㆍSupport expense management and monthly financial closings. ㆍCollaborate with external partners on tax and accounting matters, logistics, facility maintenance, and exhibition coordination. ㆍServe as the first point of contact for general inquiries and requests. ㆍManage reception duties, oversee property and facility management, and maintain a safe work environment. ㆍManage office documents and supplies. ㆍEstablish and upkeep an efficient filing system and maintain the archives. ㆍSupervise installation and building repairs to ensure the gallery is in prime condition. ㆍAssist with domestic and international shipping and delivery processes. ㆍAssist with organizing art fairs, events, and exhibitions to enhance our gallery`s presence. ㆍMaintain open lines of communication and collaboration with other departments to facilitate seamless teamwork. ㆍCoordinate and attend various meetings and deliver recordings and transcriptions as needed.
ㆍOther duties necessary for the operation of the gallery
Qualifications ㆍBachelor`s degree in business administration or related field. ㆍMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Korea. ㆍExperience working with "Western" business practices. ㆍFluent in both English and Korean languages. ㆍProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. ㆍAbility to work independently and be hands-on in your approach. ㆍAbility to handle multiple tasks effectively.
ㆍStrong sense of responsibility, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.
