■ Create and develop sales performance - Plans daily activity including customers to visit and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve. - Create a time efficient plan - Organize demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advises customers on the presentation of the products and the promotional materials and participates in trade events - Identifies and analyzes customer needs and develops commercial talking points - Develop rapport with hospital staff, including surgeons - Distributors sales management ■ Distributors Training - Educates the sales representatives from the distributors
■ Communication - Communicates with marketing team and all stakeholders clearly and efficiently
■ Collect and Survey - Collect and survey on the market information - Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
